Walter Coles, Sr.
CEO & Chairman
Mr. Coles had a 30 year career in the U.S. Foreign Service. He was a key architect for U.S. policy initiatives on privatization and land reform implementation in countries that comprised the former Soviet Union. After leaving the State Department, Mr. Coles worked as an international consultant in privatization and land reform issues. Mr. Coles founded Virginia Uranium Inc. in 2007. He is also the owner and operator of a cattle and grain business on the Coles Hill Property. He has a Bachelors degree from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, and is a licensed commercial pilot.
Joseph Kiely
Mr. Kiely is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 40 years of experience as a COO and CFO, and was previously CFO of Virginia Uranium, Inc. From 2003 through 2008, Mr. Kiely was the CFO/COO at Varana Capital, an event driven hedge fund group. Prior to that, Mr. Kiely held similar positions at Cadence Investment Partners, Monarch Capital, and Baker Nye Greenblatt, a multi strategy investment advisory firm with over $1 billion in assets. Mr. Kiely also spent five years at Simms Capital Management, following a ten-year career in public accounting specializing in the financial services industry. Mr. Kiely has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Dowling College, and is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Neal Keesee

For over two decades, Mr. Keesee has practiced various aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, contracts, computer law, tax law, financing, creditor's rights, and venture capital. A native of Lynchburg, Virginia, Mr. Keesee earned his B.S. in accounting at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and his J.D. from the College of William & Mary. He teaches law as an adjunct professor at Washington and Lee University.
Harold Roberts
Mr. Roberts is Chief Operating Officer for Energy Fuels. He was previously the Executive Vice President -- U.S. Operations for Denison Mines Corp. Prior to his employment with Denison, Mr. Roberts was the President of Energy Fuels Nuclear, Inc. Throughout his career Mr. Roberts has held various positions related to operations oversight, project development, and permitting of mining operations. Mr. Roberts obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Montana State University in 1975, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in several western States.
Joseph Mullin
Mr. Mullin was the CEO and Director of QuestEx Gold & Copper until he successfully negotiated its sale to Skeena Resources. Mr. Mullin is a Partner and Director of Mount Arvon Partners LLC and is an Independent Director of Pure Energy Minerals Limited. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, restructuring, resources and consulting. He has served as a Consultant, Trust Advisory Committee Member, Chief Restructuring Officer, Creditor Committee Member and executive to several companies. Mr. Mullin began his career as a Financial Analyst in the Corporate Finance Department at Goldman Sachs, was a Private Equity Analyst at WL Ross / Invesco Ltd. and a Portfolio Manager at Millennium Global Investments Ltd. Mr. Mullin has a B.A. from Harvard University.

Mr. Coles was an equity and high yield bond analyst for Cadence Investment Partners, LLC, a New York based event-driven hedge fund, from 2005 through to the beginning of 2007. Previously, he worked at UBS Investment Bank as a research analyst from 1999 through 2005, covering companies in multiple sectors. Mr. Coles has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Richmond.

Andrew MacRitchie, CPA, CA

Mr. MacRitchie is a Chartered Professional Accountant who has held management roles in several TSX Venture-listed mining companies over his 20+ year career. During that period, he has assisted those companies in raising more than $200 million. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and has since gathered experience working on gold, silver, diamond and base-metals projects in North America, South America, Africa, Europe and Asia.
